Wichita Falls Very Own Airsoft Team!

These are things every Airsofter should bring with them as well as some things that are not required, but are useful if you happen to have them.

Necessary:
1. Black or camo pants. Jeans or cargo pants work well. The more pockets the better.
2. Black or camo shirt. I recommend a heavier material long sleeved shirt. Remember that bare skin will hurt a lot when hit.
3. Some sort of sturdy footwear.
4. Hydration, Hydration, Hydration!!!! I cannot stress enough the need for safety and this more than almost anything else can prevent injury! Please bring something to drink!!!
5. A death rag. This is a small rag or piece of material colored red that can be easily pulled out when you are hit. Any red dishrag will work fine.

Recommended:
1. If you have a gator neck or balaclava to cover your neck, it could save you a little extra pain if you get hit in the neck.
2. A pair of thin gloves is a good thing to have. You want them to be thin so you can still have good contact between your finger and the trigger, but I guarantee you will be hit in the hand at least once.
3. A good belt is good to have so you will be able to hang things from your belt if necessary.
4. If you can afford it, going to Walmart and purchasing an Airsoft mask is a good thing. Anything you rent will have been well used by others and I don't recommend having something on your face that someone else has huffed and puffed in.
5. If you can afford it, having your own gun is always good. If you are in the market for one, please do not purchase from Walmart, academy sports, Dunhams and such big box stores without talking to me first. There are a lot of cons to buying the gear sold locally.

For Females:
This is a tender subject literally, but I can't stress enough the need for females to where something padded about the chest area! I have seen first hand the results of wearing a sports bra to an Airsoft game and it isn't pretty. Remember that most players will aim main mass and you will get hit there!
